- Shipping Info
Orders are generally processed same day or the following business days (1-2) and are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Domestic orders (those shipped within the United States) are shipped using the Priority Mail service which takes 3 - 4 business days to arrive. International orders* are shipped First Class and can take up to a month to get there. But don't worry! Your order package can be tracked and an email will be sent out once your order has been processed and placed in the mail.
Please be advised that we are a VERY small company (basically run by 2 people), so the processing time may vary.
- Return Policy
In order to return or exchange an item, the purchase must have been made within the last 30 days, and items must be in their original packaging, unwashed/unworn condition (Clothing/apparel).
For an exchange, you must email EtienneSin@gmail.com with EXCHANGE and your receipt number in the subject line and the item you would like to exchange your purchase for. Exchanges are not guaranteed to be in stock and can instead be exchanged for any item of equal or lesser value, or the item can be returned for store credit (less shipping). Damages occurring from the shipping & handling process will be covered via exchange policy.
For all returns, STORE CREDIT will be applied (less shipping) once we receive the returned item. In order to schedule a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURN in the subject line followed by your receipt number, and we will get back to you with return shipping instructions.
